Provide support
Job emphasis on support and training
Assist in the development of site specific plans
Maintain records of employees
Ensure that programs are in compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations
Interact with project managers, supervisors and workers
Monitors activities to ensure the Company is meeting standards
Enter and fill all customer requests
Run daily/weekly/monthly reports as requested by client
Investigate and report workers compensation and safety issues
Corrective action of employees
Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Be able to talk to new customers and obtain to new customers to deliver results
Excellent communications skills in written and verbal forms
Must have strong customer service skills
Strong Data Entry
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task while attending to details
Excellent Interpersonal skills and leadership abilities
A motivated self-starter with ability to perform duties and responsibilities with little supervision
Proficient problem solving skills
Must be able to adapt & improvise

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
