Branch Sales Manager - Le Mars, Iowa

Cleary Building Corp. has an immediate full-time opening in the Le Mars, Iowa area for a motivated self-starter to take charge of the management/supervisory responsibilities of the administrative staff; sales team and production staff at our local Branch Office. Responsibilities include budgeting; managing construction projects; supervising direct reports; prospecting leads and closing building sales of pre-engineered post frame structures in an established territory.
Outstanding customer service, previous commissioned sales experience; management/supervisory experience, and knowledge of the building construction industry are essential. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. A college degree is desirable.
