Wells Enterprises is seeking a Scheduler Tech Services to work at the SICP. This individual will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating and assigning work for Tech Services teams, and will ensure the on-time completion of work orders, the efficient use of resources, and the quality of the work order data. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Reviews, organizes, and coordinates all incoming non-emergent work orders. Reviews for start and completion dates, work type, scope, priority, and estimates of man-hours.
Uploads employee work schedule into Viziya utilizing input from maintenance supervisors. Compares and contrasts available labor force to the forecasted work demand and machine availability as well as material needs to develop a forecasted work schedule.
Monitors actual vs. estimated labor hours on work orders and makes adjustments as needed and recommendations to improve estimated hours. Provides feedback to supervisors on most appropriate staffing levels and work schedules.
Provides forecasted work schedule and collaborates with operations, maintenance and reliability teams to review and approve a work schedule for the following week.
Conducts daily qualification of all completed work orders. Edits data and provides constructive feedback to technicians to improve the efficiency and quality of the work order data. Makes recommendations to supervisors and managers on potential areas of improvement.
Plans schedules and prepares detailed repair type work orders. Includes materials, skilled labor, work plan, and asset availability.
Participates in the continuous improvement and optimization of the work order scheduling, assignment, and overall work order flow.
Responsible for establishing, and resetting daily priorities of work as necessary for prompt completion of work assignments and adherence to schedules
Applicants should be proficient with Oracle EAM, Viziya and MS windows products like Excel and Word, or other work order management system. Previous experience with project management/work scheduling preferred.
Qualified applicants should possess a 2 year Engineering degree and 3 years experience in a technical manufacturing field or a total 5 years applicable experience.
The pay grade for this position 31 is and the incentive band is A.
