Trade Offer Specialist - Hybrid

The Trade Offer Specialist is responsible for ensuring offers are in the system and accurate while assisting with the application of deductions to the correct offer.
The Trade Offer Specialist is a critical component to ensuring freer cash flow by faster payment times and better financial accrual accuracy.
The Trade Offer Specialist works cross functionally to ensure the trade to settlement process is accurate.
Owns ensuring offers are in the CPT system and up-to-date and accurate.
Trains Business development managers on the CPT tool; ensures offers are set up correctly.
Works with Customer Claims to guide the deduction clearing process to the correct event with accurate audit backup and documentation.
Assists the Business Development Manager with offer adjustments and system entry as needed.
Responsible for communication with the Business Development Managers on the Call to Action Dashboard, following up on action items and resolving offer issues or system updates in a timely manner.
Works cross functional with Customer Claims, BDMs, AR and Finance to ensure the Trade to Settlement process is accurate and drives quicker cycle times.
Monitors and adjusts offers with input from Business Development Managers prior to system entry.
Provides effective communication to all stakeholders both internal and external and escalates issues based on business needs.
