Training Specialist - Le Mars, IA

Responsible for the facilitation, development and delivery of training and development to support WDIs operational needs.
This position will design instructional tools, materials and programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills and abilities for employee development and performance improvement.
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert in their assigned area of work (Operations, Freezer, Maintenance, Supervisor) and provides one-on-one coaching, training and feedback to their internal customers.
Identifies performance improvement needs and skills gaps in customer groups and determines interventions that will assist employees in maintaining and/or improving their jobs skills; evaluates and measures the effectiveness of programs and tools.
Manages and/or conducts on the job training process, assessments, and job instruction programs for customer groups with subject matter experts and others as required to ensure employee capability and meet compliance and job requirements.
Facilitates learning and development activities in areas related to company values, leadership competencies, compliance, policies, systems and orientation.
Displays knowledge of principles and methods for training and curriculum design, content development, teaching and facilitation for individuals and groups.
Manages and/or facilitates the development and maintenance of performance standard documentation for customer groups including Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Work; supports and facilitates standard development, approvals and updates.
Manages proficiency testing process for certification programs for customer groups including maintenance and enhancement of visual and electronic Records Management Systems.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
